Refund policy

At Niraha, we ensure premium quality products. If you face an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
  • You received the wrong product.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Refund Process

  • After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
